I can not fault the program put together for me. Everything went smoothly, especially moving my bags and sometimes me as well. Always on time and never had an issue with the luggage. The maps, information, and app were all very helpful. I only ever really needed the app. The hosts at all the accommodations were welcoming and kind to me. The checklist of what to bring and prepare for was comprehensive. Many days were challenging, at times, yet the scenery and experience was well worth it and rewarding. Beautiful part of the world, with many good and lovely people to meet along the way.

My friend and I (age 62 and 65) have just completed our second stage of the GR10, we absolutely loved it! Gaetan did everything possible to make sure our needs were met, vegetarian diets, private accommodation etc. All the information we had made sure it was easy to follow the route and all the accommodation was excellent. Such a beautiful part of the world, vast unspoilt and varied landscape, and surprisingly few walkers compared to some other routes, you really feel you get away from it all. Highly recommend Respyrenees and walking this fabulous, though sometimes quite challenging route, we are already planning the next stage using the expertise of this helpful and responsive company.

Fantastic scenery and wonderful organization. The topo maps and route guide provided together with the red and white markings of the GR10 made navigation easy. Accommodation in mountain refuges and village gites was excellent and provided ample tasty and filling local food. We would recommend this for anyone with a love of mountains and a sense of adventure.

It was very nice to come across Delphine in Lescun and it’s true that I had a really wonderful trip! Thanks to the Respyrenees team for all the great organisation - everything was always expertly arranged and all the accommodation, planning and food were excellent. The only things that could have been better would be to not get sick and to have had better weather….but those are entirely out of your control and I suppose are all part of adventures in the mountains :)

Just to say the trip was all good as usual and all the transfers worked well and efficiently. We want to shout out for the Ferme de Florence in Vielle Aure, whose hospitality was excellent and food well above the average as well as being the only place, so far, along the GR10 where our clothes have been washed and dried! A big bonus. Best wishes,

My daughters (aged 16 and 20) did a 4 day hike in the Arriege staying in mountain huts. It was challenging but they really enjoyed it. There was a problem in that one of the refuges charged them for the evening meal despite it having been paid for in advance. Respyrenees sorted this out immediately on their return. This is the second time we have used Respyrenees and we have have really positive experiences both times.

My third year on the GR10 adventure with Respyrenees organised brilliantly as always by Gaëtan. A challenge for sure but worth every step, every decision, every breath and bead of sweat! Spectacular scenery, super accommodation, great ethos, excellent food. I walked alone but I met the best of people, got the warmest of welcomes and was ably supported by Respyrenees/Gaëtan along the way. I’d absolutely recommend them and the adventure. Roll on next year!
